St John's is an extremely popular venue for concerts. The acoustic is perfectly suited to orchestral and choral performance, and the Church is large enough to accommodate five hundred audience members comfortably. Our fantastic organ is widely used, both for solo recitals and for accompaniment. In addition to the several groups that regularly use the building, we are always pleased to welcome new or visiting performers. In recent months we have played host to a choir from Germany and instrumentalists from Africa!
